      I work with small businesses to developing their business infrastructure to focus on profit. This doesn't require endless meetings, but instead a day or two to review the current business and examine not just the finance side but also, marketing, IT, operations and HR.

       

      By strategically reviewing the business in a friendly and non-judgemental way, owners can take a much needed opportunity to take a step back and plan for the future.

      I have found through mentoring for Start up loans and other SME groups, businesses need a fresh pair of eyes to trigger and encourage new ideas.

       

      It is not about reinventing the wheel, but instead, exploring techniques to spot new markets, customers and opportunities. Meeting can be for as little as one hour and can be done in person or over Skype.
